Rental Policy

Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to one night's rental. At this point, in order to help maintain affordable rates, we are not accepting credit cards. We will accept cash, check or money orders.

Guest check in is at 2:00pm; check out is at 11:00am.

Deposits will be refunded if your reservation is canceled within 7 days of arrival, less a 10% processing fee.

Pets are allowed, however, please check with us regarding specifics of pet rules.
